At Finding Fairyland we are constantly renewing our extensive costume wardrobe and house 100's of costumes to suit nearly any theme. We pride ourselves on the fact that our costumes are absolutely realistic and are all quality made. You can really see the difference when you compare us to others. If you would like to know how Finding Fairyland was created so many years ago, please take the time to read below. We feel it is very important to know who it is you are welcoming into your home or venue.

Catherine Ross created Finding Fairyland in early 2000 whilst studying for her Degree in Early Childhood Education and Media at Macquarie University. Since Catherine was a teenager she has trained with prestigious performance and voice specialists including 'The Max Rowley Television and Radio Academy', Phonetics Coaching over 8 years, Puppetry, Dance, Opera, Voice Over and Musical Theatre.

Catherine has poured her heart and soul into every event she has hosted- now well over 3000 performances.

Over the last 10 years Catherine has been a strong supporter of The Sydney Children’s Hospital at Randwick and will always donate her time for the children and entertain them at various events held by the hospital. Catherine is a board member on the Volunteer Advisory Committee at the hospital and also visits children in the wards on a weekly basis and keeps them company while their mum or dad take a break. Catherine has donated her time to the Starlight Foundation, Make a Wish Foundation, The Teddy’s Bears Picnic, Gold Week and Rotary Regatta through the hospital over the years. Not only would Finding Fairyland do anything for children, but all the team at Finding Fairyland would do anything for animals! We support Animals Australia, Save Babe and WSPA. We are very open to any charity days for animal welfare and doing whatever we can to help, please contact the office to discuss.  

Finding Fairyland has left its mark on not only individuals but also major corporate companies since 2000. We have a solid relationship with the prestigious Sydney Event/Reception venue ‘Doltone House’ who will be using Finding Fairyland as its sole entertainment provider from 2011 at their 4 big venues across Sydney after many years of great service. We have hosted regular parties and events for JP Morgan, McDonalds, Ernst & Young, Football NSW, Wesfarmers Insurance, Domayne and Sydney Roosters to name a few.

Hi Catherine,

I just wanted you to know that Talia was a HUGE success at Julia's party.  She was so beautiful and gracious, even when our dog kept wanting to be in on the action... Julia had the most wonderful party, it really was a wish and dream come true for her.  There was never a question as to whether this was "really Sleeping Beauty", she believed it was all real.  All the children loved the games and the puppet show, and the face painting, she did an exceptional job.  Julia said to me "See mummy, Sleeping Beauty CAN do everything".  And she was right!

 

Congratulations on providing such high quality entertainment.  If I can get one more year with Julia believing, I will definitely use your company again:)  I will also pass your details to all her friends Mum's who were also very impressed.

 

Julia really wanted her to stay and watch her open her presents, which she graciously did.  The whole day was a bit brighter and sparklier because of this special princess!
